I meandered past at arround 5:45 no one was there though (lazy sods) so i went home instead :lol:

reckon someone backfired their bike a bit and some worried local thought the bridge was being bombed? :wink: :D

would suggest a high police presence was as a result of a phone call along those lines unless it was a serious accident which doesnt appear to have been reported on the BBC london site. :?

accident on Chelsea Bridge was apparently an R1 which crashed and caught fire if visordown reports are to be believed.
