Oh yes.

Not only is he a danger to himself but also to other road users. Under different circumstances he could have had you off, too.

You're more liberal than me. One beer is too many to ride a bike, IMHO.

Did you find out what the outcome was?I expect the Police took some time to attend(if at all)and they would have been very reluctant to nick the bloke for DD as they had not seen him commit the offense.
They probably would have called the Ambulance Service to sort it out for them.

Nice one bigape

I cant believe people go riding out like that, I would honestly be physically sick if I didnt atleast have lid, jacket and gloves minimum.

Good job though matey

Spot on, that bloke could have taken out a pedestrian, or caused a pile up that included your goodself :(

Sometimes zero tolerance is justified.

Yeah, definitely the right thing. If he'd only had one pint then he was just unlucky and the police will note that he wasn't over the limit.

If he was over the limit and out of control he needs to be taken off the road until he sorts his problem. Just hope the police got to him before his mates with a van. More than one case of a biker taking out a ped/other biker/etc. and then mates with a van turning up to ferry them away before the emergency services get there

I was merely being generous as there are folks that do have a single beer and are under the limit, so can't be criticised too badly.

For me, I never ever have a single drink if I ride. Why? I honestly don't feel 100% in control.
