Bear in mind that as far as I can tell Akbar has taken that picture of Steve and re-used it witout his permission. I might be a joke and it might be funny to some and maybe in some way and I'm not sticking up for Steve, ( he can do that himself ) But if it was me I would be annoyed about it.

But i'm sure you'd also be more grown up about it. I'm sure you'd PM the person first and ask them to remove it. Youre right, i wouldnt want someone using my pic without my authority either.
if that person was offline and it was really bugging me that my pic may not be removed for another 24hrs or so then i'd pm the admins and ask them to remove it until the person using it has responded to my pm at least.

I'm with Lyn on this issue and Jelster knows how i feel as this isnt the first time that ive commented on a mod setting better examples for the users to follow than digging and bitching at others users.

Personally moderator or not, I would PM said individual and ask them to remove it. If they didnt I'd complain to the site admin. Like I said I'm not sticking up for Steve.

Well like me Lynn, you call it how you see it. Personally I feel that Akbar's avatar is a personal insult, he's already stated that what I feel/think/believe (or something similar) has no importance to him, and I don't wish to converse with him either.

If it was a friend of mine that did that I wouldn't have a problem, because I know it wasn't meant to be insulting.

I'm sure if I've overstepped the mark I will be reprimanded, but at this point in time I'm past caring. Mostly I enjoy the time I spend on here, but if it becomes obvious that I am no longer wanted I'm sure somebody will tell me.

And as long as you want to tell me how I should act (being a mod or not) I'll continue to tell you what I think, if that's OK with you....
