What model GSXR-750 did you try. I've got a K5. It makes power from 4500rpm all the way to the rev limiter. No flat spots. You get a shove at 7000rpm and then another one at 10000rpm.

I was put off an SP2 for the same reasons as you.

Get the blade. Honda reliability, gp styling, amazing power, frankly the best one. What more could you want?

FiZZwheel it was a K1 or K2, maybe the newer ones are a bit different.
