Indeed, I spent last winter spinning the rear in the wet and got quite used to it. I think it was only luck that I didn't lose it. And these were only little slids but at the time it felt like I was doing it Walker style. :lol: :lol:

Got the hang of this in my dirtbike days - the first time I did it on my SV was in the rain, by mistake and I thought 'COOL! I remember that feeling...' and spent the rest of the day doing it on purpose :lol: :lol:

get a steering damper fitted to help stabilise the bike (so ive been told)

When I went on a Ron Haslam "On Track" day at Donington a couple of years ago, Rocket Ron was teaching us to do stoppies on our CBR125s.

I couldn't do it.

Which will come as a surprise to no one.

(I was too scared - and I had my DAS test the following day).
