Yeah I had some old FT gloves and the quality was shocking. Eventually the lining pulled out with my fingers one day...
I was wary of the Aqua Roo especially as the first pair that arrived were soiled and had a problem where the lining didn't go all the way into one of the fingers.
I got a replacement set that was fine. They are very thin gloves almost like summer gloves but somehow keep your hands really warm - so much so that I only used them for 5 months of the year. I did around 60 miles in them when it was 3c or so and my fingers got as cold as they would after 15 miles with my Heine Gericks.
Not sure how durable they will be though as they don't feel as solid as the HG's. Plus I never got them wet. I believe they got a Ride magazine best buy or something like that? |
