I've done two days of 330-350miles this summer, and I reckon that's about my limit.

I was more tired after the second one because of the route (it was twistier) and because I was against the clock to get home before the sun went down (only took black visor with me  ).

Did 3600km in six days a couple of weeks ago, biggest day was just under 850 km (over 500 miles). Your body soon starts to adapt after a couple of dyas in the saddle, only got a numb bum on day one. The worst thing I found was leg ache when I had to do a few auto strada and auto bahn stints......Suffice to say that I still got over 200 kms on a tank cruising at 160km:h (100mph) if I stayed tucked in for the whole stint between fuel stops. Strangely I found being all tucked in at these speeds comfier than sitting up at 70-80 mph.
