Look on the bright side, if this were a US site everyone'd be talking about "backing it in" :) Just to be perverse, I salute your attempts to improve your skid control. I've no real objection to a bit of honest tw**tery, as long as it doesn't risk other people, which it doesn't sound like it did. I don't do it myself, because tyres and bike bits are expensive and I fall off enough without :)

OOh! The safety brigade's out :smt038
Lets see...Someone locks the rear wheel up and the brigades out yet we have others doing wheelies on car-filled roads and everyone stays schtoom  Makes sense...dunnit :?: |
I want a new set of tyres - but not chain sprockets, clutch and fairings  - any suggestions for fun?

I've locked the back up before now, and I've done wheelies before now. I can't honestly think of a time when i've done either of those intentionally, which probably goes to show how much of a novice I still am on the bike. Both on purpose and accidentally, IMO, it's not worth it. Which would be why I've not done it to excess. I stand by my earlier comments, and yes, I accept that Sorchio has now said that it was a 'slow' move coming up to lights. |

If Loris did a wheelie, you'd think it was cool. |
Now Lukey don't be a cheeky chappie! I think Mr. Scorpio has a little way to go before being mentioned in similar sentences to the Bologna Battler! :)
