I printed this out 1:1. Found myself a aluminium plate of 2mm thickness and cut it out and painted it.
Take care of cutting you OEM plastic undertray, because when you cut too much you can't just put it back...

Hope this will help, good luck!

Cheers.

I really like the TCP/OEM aftermarket undertray, it's a great bit of kit. The only downer is that it keeps the stock number plate light, which is a big ugly lump, I keep on meaning to get a spare to mutilate. Also, the plastic is just a little brittle so if you subject it to any big thumps- like riding too fast over a speedbump with a chain under the seat, for instance  it can break the mounting points. The battery can do this to it too. Most of the competition will do this too, mind. Planning ahead and fitting oversized washers between the bolts and plastic, and maybe also rubber washers between the plastic and subframe. I'd now do this for any undertray...

That's enough cons :) Pros are, it fits perfectly and was painted by Suzuki in the same plant that painted the SV, so the colourmatch is flawless and the paint quality is good. You'll not need to tidy it up at all as you often do with fibreglass parts. You don't need to chop up the original undertray, as it's complete and includes a battery box. It also has a proper tray built in for the underseat, unlike most of the others which are really just one-sided, so anything you put underneath can just slide down to the battery. And it's totally road legal, even the harshest copper or MOT tester can't give you grief- it's also TUV for road use in Germany, if that matters to you.
