Re: football - man u last night
Without even opening the linky i am going to presume its the goal that looked bloody like Maradona's ????
Good goal....but inconsistent player...fades in and out. Whilst Ronaldo has been consistently quality this season. |
Re: football - man u last night
Grudgingly, (as I totally despise him as person) I have always thought that Maradona goal was simply breathtaking. Even despite it being against you nice Inglish peoples. Maradona's goal was also on World stage.
But please take a look at what Messie does from moment he gets ball. Unteachable natural ability. If you want to see perhaps best goal "ever" from team point of view,(like something one would see on training pitch) take a look at the Van Nistelroy goal against Valencia last Saturday. Exquisite team goal. |

Re: football - man u last night
We proper blew it vs the Geordies yesterday - Drogs looked like his old clumsy self again, Sheva's only contribution was when he managed to get in the way of a goal bound shot, even Lamps looked tired, how we will miss Essien v Liverpool, our bogey team!
At least JOse & Roman are friends again - Guardian writer said Abromovitch would be "insane" to let him go, & i think 95% of us supporters would agree, he is always one step ahead tactically which you could not say of Steve Mclaren, who doesnt seem to have any steps, let alone tactics !;) |
