Mefinks it was a dried up shrivelled thing from Tescos.

You need to get your hiney down the nearest fruit & veg market and get some proper Rousillon apricots - not cheap, but delish. Maybe a bit late in the season now.

Eat all friut except bananas Fruit of he devil, funny though dont mind banana flavour just dont like the things them selves, Plantins though another story

Sainsburys actually! Reminds me of supermarket carrots - tasteless - had some from a farmers market and couldnt believe how much flavour a carrot is meant to have!
