Why don't we all agree that if anyone's posts or avatars offend any of us individually we simply PM the poster and request they edit or change. If agreement can't be reached, then persue it with a Moderator via PM.

All this "blah blah blah" contributes nothing to site and creates divides where there should be unity.

If you like debating there are forums for doing just that.
