BAsically Simon started a company that Sony bought out, so Joe is indirectly working for Sony. Sony also own Rages music. So tbh I cant see how buying rage will benefit Cowell?

Never said it would benefit him. Either way Sony gets richer this Christmas because of this whole charade.

I think the thing is not which one won, but that the battle actually engaged peoples imaginations. I'd have spent my free download money from Amazon on Rage if I could be bothered to engage it any further, so there may be a little further to go yet ;)

Not sure about that I've had the album for years, I imagine most people will have too and will have only bought the track for the opportunity not to have the samey ghey ****e for xmas number 1 again.
