Whatever the rights & wrongs of the conflict (isn't the WAR actually over - I think the Iraqi forces actually surrendered) in Iraq; whatever the situation regarding WMD (& yes, we know that they DID have them at one time 'cos we sold them to them). whether or not it's all about commercial contracts . . .

. . . the bottom line is that the strong will ALWAYS take advantage of the weak for gain - we (us Brits) (along with the French, Germans & even the flippin' BELGIANS !!) did it for 300yrs (just think of how the Carribbean, India, Southern Africa, etc, etc was exploited) & now it's the Yanks turn as the only 'Superpower' left - although they'll get some competition once the Chinese really get their act together !!

If you are looking to save bandwidth, be annoyed with the word association thread. Or the Where will I put my bed in my room thread. Or something. There are plenty of pretty brain dead threads knocking around. Political ones, on the other hand, are often interesting.

Although much better mannered than the 2 people that have been permanently banned, the format is much the same, and IMPO, adds no value to the community at all.

There is a fine line. If you are posting up stuff, to wind up people, and get attention, you are trolling.
If you actually are a nutcase, and you accidentally wind everyone up, it looks like trolling, but you are not actually trying to get people annoyed. You are just a nutcase. Or an unpleasant person etc.
