I believe it's been said by someone at sometime somewhere that we, as motorcycle riding people, should check our mirrors every 7 seconds.

last summer it took me 30min to get from st.albans harts to bluewater kent.
I did 100 and over all the way, I was lucky not to get pulled[-o< sh1te
