Re: Found In My Bathroom Today
Well after over 4 months, or 128 days to be precise the Tea Bag has vanished.
I decided to leave it as an experiment to see just how long it would last. I am amazed, it just goes to show how strange some people are. But its not been a straight forward vanishing, oh no, not in this house... Over the months the Tea Bag moved around the window sill from one end to the other as more toilet roll tubing was added along with numerous shavers, tooth paste tubes, and the odd fork. Then one day one of the Tards cleared out a lot of the rubbish from the bathroom. Only it wasn't that simple, not here at least. Everything including the train tickets, the Tea Bag, assorted razors and a towel were all placed into a Tesco carrier bag that was then left in "the Area of Most Collateral Damage" for some time. For those of you not familiar with the workings of a mans body the Area of Most Collateral Damage is anywhere within a 2 foot radius of the toilet pan, I hope your catching my drift here. So after its stint getting the odd flash shower the bag and its contents moved to the other side of the room to under the light switch. And here it remained until Sunday when I noticed its absence. This event did not pass unnoticed by all; while I simply chuckled with some friends one of the interns marked the passing of the Tea Bag by depositing a used plaster in the bath. What joy. I decided not to leave that as an experiment however. Ah, the joys of a house share. |
Re: Found In My Bathroom Today
I'd rather find a teabag rather then a "bumbag"!!!

So now the tea bag is slightly soggy again, it can be used as intended, keep a look out for anyone with puffy eyes.

Re: Found In My Bathroom Today
Well I have stumbled back upon this thread for what ever reason and feel the need to update:
Its been nearly 6 months on and while no Tea Bags have reappeared in the bathroom there is still a large collection of razors, toilet tubes, oh and used plasters. Yes you read that correctly there are currently 2 used plasters on the window sill directly and another resting on the tea towel that has been on the sill for the past month. But it seams that over the previous 6 months the strangeness has expanded to other parts of the house. Toilet rolls are now not just confined to the bathroom they also have a place on the landing. One of them has taken a liking to cooked fish, not that I have a problem with that. The problem I have with it is the smell it makes when you consider the tray it gets cooked in has never been washed. The smell can also get into your clothes, something I discovered accidentally when I was sent home from the pub one night to change due to the fact I smelt like a dead fishmonger. Though through all of this the most, in my opinion, troubling occurrence was the two large boxes of home enema kits that appeared in the hallway one Tuesday. And then the slow reduction in contents over the following weeks... |
