Well I have card and pressies from daughter, she always makes sure that I have something, even when she was little and I was on my own with her she tried to make something as a surprise as she didn't have her dad to help her.
We then had a long drive back on our own from Pembrokeshire and she got me to stop in the Beacons to have some lunch. I'm close to my daughter and just spending the day with her is enough for me, we get on so well. I'd already dropped off card and pressie to my mum, and we rang her when we got home.
