Off topic, but perhaps more relevant.

How can I find out what the Met, or any other police force is doing about persistant traffic offenders.

Write a letter to your local head of police/superintendent pointing out the local issue of cyclists jumping red lights and the clear road safety implications this has, and ask him what he is doing about it. He will be duty bound to respond, or at least direct one of his staff to, and then just don't let up. Keeping asking for updates on how they are getting on etc...

Only a crime if you get caught right;) It would be intresting to see what would happen! Also if you do it when its raining, or wet outside, how would anyone be able to tell the difference anyway?
