would it make me any less of a man if I was to look into these?

I think they spoil the look of the bike a bit but if they keep the windchill down through winter, then I'd rather be a ponce with warm hands than a nonce who's fallen off because he couldn't feel any info coming through the bars.... Not bad for 30 quid, mind. I'd expect OEM stuff like this to be about 100 quid (a bit like their hugger or db screen)

as for the dealer taking 4 weeks, I'd have had to say "4 weeks is too long, I've got **** to do... don't call me again"

I think I read elsewhere that you can move the levers inwards to compensate. The steering lock still works.

Same experience here, the guards touch the front fairing with about 1mm left between the stops, but they're not particularly sturdy so you could force the extra mm if you really need to. The steering lock works fine as mentioned.

My experience so far suggests they don't make a huge lot of difference under 30mph - its purely once you start doing A road / motorway riding that the benefits will show. These alone will not mean you can ride around in summer gloves - but they're a good addition to some decent winter gloves.

I'd imagine if you're hands are really cold then the money would be better spent on heated grips, although I've never tried a set.

Can you loosen the clip ons & push them all the way back then tighten up again. I know I could do that, but my locator tabs were broken off I think.

GSXR suspension though...

Just take locator bolts out, they don't do anything.

Thanks!
I may fit a pair for winter riding.

Would like to see pics if you can find them.
