Ta, am off to HG in Mancland later to get some of the 5 finger ones (even though I swore I'd never shop in there).

Happy winter riding

I'm looking to get heated grips, just wondered what people have against Oxford grips (and why) & which are the best to go for (and why)?

just got back from glasgow, had a nice chat with john the bloke that runs exo2.. splashed some cash and got myself the gloves and rider vest... never had a chance to wire the connector to the bike, it was bloooody freezin on the way home to kirkcaldy but i got there without frost bite.. wore the gloves and vest. both kept me semi warm .. will give full review later in another thread ... but so far they are good.

Well the new ones with the digital controller are good...but they cut out. At least, they kept switching off on me today in this cold weather, i guess my battery isnt able to keep above 12V in the cold with lights on then putting the brake lights on. New digital controller switches itself off when it detects a battery voltage of under 12V. You may be better off finding an alternative, I might get daytona heated grips or even source some honda ones
