Some people are short.

I am short, albeit not short enough for raising the tank to be an issue for me..but even those who are tall should have enough common sense to work out how raising the tank will affect its position.

yer i can but you dont hold on to the tank do you, you hold on to the bars so i dont see how moving it a little bit will affect you .... unless you are short and the tank makes you sit back more because it sort of pushes you back is that what you mean ?
