IT is a ECU and it proberly is 33bhp but my End can is making the diffrence .

That might be true if the bike's exactly how it left the factory, but it's not. Suzuki would find a way to wriggle out, my guess would be for that reason.

Simply don't worry about it...your bike has the restricted ECU and with the 33.5bhp dyno you have, they won't take your bike and licence away on the matter of half a horsepower when you can simply say "Dyno's at not 100% accurate"..

Joshmac : Yeah probably would.. TANK RISERS I BLAME THOSE..or a bellypan that adds 3bhp to all models. :x

Hindle a tip for you. Stick in the full power ECU and just make sure you don't crash or get caught speeding then you won't have to worry about all this. ;)
