Forget the torpedos, I don't think it'd remain habitable for long after a few rounds from one of HM's destroyers.
How do you get on and off Sealand? Is it helicopter access only? |

The guy is a tool, he shot and killed a 'trespasser' back in the day but jurisdiction for a trial could never be decided. The RN don't want to know as it's not a ship (tho it was floated in position) and other agencies say it's a wreck and aren't interested so they guy just sort of sits there with it.
