I'm very glad this particular topic has come to light, like Lozzo I too have been wondering about this whole infraction business and wondered why we haven't been informed of the system before? Or has no-one bothered to enquire? I simply ask because surely a good way of preventing people committing fractionable offences is to tell them about the naughty things that could happen to them should they fractionally offend? :-P

I guess its a case of you dont need to know cos you're all such nice people and would never knowingly do any of those things on the list, riiiiight?

And then when you do do somethig naughty you find out about our great vengeance and furious anger and how it strikes down upon thee.
