i bought a battery charger a few months back, it was damaged and i had to return it, i sent it via parcelforce and it went back to the shop owner. he scrawled john smith, not his name, on the driver's pda and then tried to claim that he didn't get it.
paypal sorted him out and then i left him negative feedback that explained he had a shop and was a rip off merchant... i see he still tries to sell, but people aren't buying.

Jesus *%$@(*^% Wept!

ANOTHER ONE!

Buyer wanted to return the item and despite telling the pillock that I'd moved TWICE he sent the parcel to my old address "Because that's what Ebay policy states"

So someone at my old address three hours drive away now has the item all signed for and in the clear and he still wants a refund.

How are these people able to operate a computer??

Rant only beginning! I'm off to punch something!

LOL I hate ebayers, one of the things that ****es me off, is small sellers not cleaning items before sending, only takes a few minutes.

Well update on the last idiot. The one that deliberately sent a return to the wrong address.

Not having received the item back I appealed the case and Ebay closed it without even checking!

So he gets to confirm receipt and I'm down £170 quid AND I've lost a set of GSXR wheels.

Ebay, You are a bunch of scamming *****!

I'm now stuck in the queue on the helpline after having to lie about the problem to even get a contact number.

Buyers have all the powers now. Sellers are the **** on the end of the stick.

Fuming!

Ebay: "Case closed: Appeal denied
You don't need to do anything else."

You want a ******* bet?

I think the best protection for sellers is removing money from paypal as soon as it goes in, takes about 3 days so should be safe in your bank account before any buyer gets narky. Not that you should avoid sorting problems out obviously.

Can anyone confirm that once your money is out of paypal, they can't take it out of your bank account to refund someone? I thought they couldn't but would like to know for sure. If they can I'll link it to my spare account.

Marvellous, that queue, I was in it for 2 hours on Sunday for the two Iphones I didn't buy that mysteriously appeared on my account with people chasing payment for.

I would guess once you have your paypal/bank account liked for payments etc, they can raid your current account to give refunds.

That's a joke Berlin. There's no way you should have to be paying them back.
lets get 50 bikers to pay the buyer a visit and return they money owed.
