Looked on ebay last night at 04 connects like mine, most have 120k plus miles on and are going for anywhere between £1500-£2000, i reckon i'll get £2.5k for mine easy, L model with abs and its only done 50k and im the 2nd owner.

That should do nicely towards the vw transporter i want :)

I fear insurance will be your biggest problem.Possibly big enough to scupper the whole business plan, whatever van you try.

Did for me for a long while.

I've got a brand new Citroen Nemo as supplied by my company. It's a 1.3, and its not bad power wise. The down sides are that it's got a tiny diesel tank...I'm never away from the diesel pump, and it seems to have issues starting in the cold...yet it's been checked and there's no faults in the fuel system or the glowplugs.

Dude, don't be daft, get your licence done before you even think about buying one.

My quotes were all towards the £3k mark and I was older than you before even starting out.
