James as long as you are happy with the performance changes then thats the most important thing |

Believe me or not, this was not my intention, and if the computer hadn't blown up that night I would have reposted, or atleast reasoned out what I was "implying"! As everyone has already said the smoothness and power gain is great, congratulations. But I would never trust/put all my faith in one dyno to rely on figures. Yes it aids consistancy in comparing dyno charts b4 and after tuning work is carried out, this would be pointless tho if you had for example done one run as a base run, then covered 3-4000 miles and clogged your air filter up before doing your next run with a full system. And before you jump on the defensive, I do not know if you did or didn't do this, I am not accusing or suggesting you would or have done this! Question for Mike1234 how many bikes are on the minitwin calender? howmany of the bikes that you have tested go over the 72bhp limit? what sort of mods do they have if they do break the rule? |

IMHO you will not see high figures trackside unles someone is really taking the p**s due to a number of factors:- when the bikes are dyno'd they have just completed a race so have v-hot tyres running lower than road pressures over optimum temperature (or too cold if had to wait for long time) Poor cooling due to mobile dyno Only one run due to the number of bikes/time available The key factor with classes like Minitwins is consistancy between all of the bikes in both hp and torque, dodgy mods soon become apparent with such a vast amount of data available from many different bikes |

looks like positive results hall13uk :D

Got mine done at the same time as Jdubya, but I got mine re-mapped. Hal it is so worth doing even if it is for the peace of mind and the smoothness down in the revs 8)
