We were at Taba Heights on the Sinai; not at Taba itself which is closest to the Israeli border, and where terrorists bombed the Hotel about 3 weeks after we had left the area - ah, but there's nothing like living life on the edge :rolleyes:

Good watersports centre there though with some great dives - 'The Aquarium' was amazing :D

Would like to try Sharm, but really want to get back to Oz and the Barrier Reef or the Maldives ;)

I went to Sharm 30 years agao when it was owned by Israel. One hotel only back then.
