Actually I have an unfair advantage as most of these are/were work related.

Almost all of the US Superbike racers including:
Mladin, DuHamel, Spies, Yates, T. Hayden, B. Bostrom, Roberts jr., etc. etc.
(endless list of US Superbike personalities)

GP & WSB racers:
Schwantz (many times) Spencer, Rainey, E Boz, etc.

Keith Code (twist of the wrist)
Greg White (Speed Channel)

Lots of Nascar drivers:
Including the late Dale Earnhardt and the late Davey Allison.
Waltip, Petty, Gordon, little E, etc. etc. etc.
(endless list of Nascar personalities over the years)

Ricky Van Shelton (country music singer)

I had a chat with Peter Andre on some stairs one afternoon - we were both bored - he actually seemed quite a nice bloke - shame about the choice of women

Bikes? Niall Mackenzie and Rob MacElnea at the Triumph dealer in Cornwall. Later in the day I did Rob Mac on the brakes on the way up to a roundabout. He may not have been trying. The most exciting thing to happen in Cornwall ever.

Cars? James Hunt at a Vauxhall dealer in Glasgow. Being as I was an annoying little 10 year old and he was F1 world champion he was really, really nice to me! How times have changed though, can't imagine coming across Kimi Raikkonen fingering a used Vectra on the Edinburgh road.

Thespians? Ewan McGregor at the Triumph dealer in Glasgow. I wanted to talk to him about Star Wars but Mrs Tiger asked about a friend of ours he went to school with instead. A thoroughly, awfully, bloody nice chap.

Miscellaneous? Kenny Dalglish, Chuck Noll, Jim White, Mr Abie, Paddy Christie...

I met Darth Vader as a kid (the tall one), but that was pretty much a standard issue experience for anyone born in the late 70s, early 80s.
