Thanks Dave.
what size would you recommend, 20mm or 40mm?

I got 40mmon the SV800, but she is heavily modified and I am a front end rider. I'd go with the 20mm which is what I have on the SV650 with standard SV forks and progressive springs.

Different world...

The 800 pulls like a steam train and bounces off the higher (modified) rev limiter still pulling, 650's can't do this for a start! The 800 power wheelies, whether the road is flat or bumpy and the rear brake is getting a lot of use, especially out of corners. Handling well thats completely different again, the 800 is more planted but then the 650 is used for fast commuting only really. The 800 is very stable at mid apex, and flicks from side to side with ease, this is compared to the 650 which as we all know flicks from side to side so well. This is mainly due to the Curvy SV frame being so good out of the box, it is stiff but it also has flex spots.

Oh... very well, she catches a lot of the SS boys out when they try to use straight line power against me. The punch out of corners is excellent, out guns a GSXR600 K7 and an 06 ZX6R as she can lay the power down hard and just drive (running Avon Storms at the moment still). I am just looking for somebody with a 848 to pick on, as she fairs very well with a 748 but she did as a 750 though. :p

Working on it, need to get the home computer to work properly so I can upload it (can't upload from the work computer or add uncoded information on to it).
