"Ghay"/"Ghey" is a stupid word made up by people who get themselves into trouble for using "Gay" as a way of insulting someone or someone's taste :)

"Queer? I didn't say queer, I said 'kweer'! Totally different!"

And anyway, who says they aren't? "Ooh look at my tribal tatt's, they's well cool, not "ghey" at all" :)
