I'm really happy today though, just goes to show how one stupid copper can get things very wrong and their word is taken over yours.

I still can't believe that this has taken nearly a year to get sorted though.
I pushed quite hard as I am due to renew the insurance in a few months, and as I pay upfront the extra NCB will be added first rather than trying to get it adjusted later.
