I personally see it all as just abit of fun, if i was for example the guy at the bus stop i would of got scared like most people but had a laugh about it afterwards.

i do think that hitting the car and driving off was wrong though.

I've seen people riding around doing just this, I pi**ed myself then as I did just now.
Yes its antisocial, childish and stupid but it's a great prank. A sense of humour (no matter how distorted) can't be a bad thing surely.
It was out of order that he rode off after tw4tting that car, but if he wasn't hurt and the bike wasn't damaged, how much damage could he have done to the car? Not much, I'm sure.

i think it would be go laugh, well hitting a car how stupid but in general people dont stop to leave details if they can help it, not been faced with that decision so idk what i would do.
