It may be that its just my SV, its a little bent since i put on second hand bits (although a lot more straight than the crash-damaged items that came off ) |
Re: Help me spec a SV to a winter commuter
Mine were ok on my bike but I do have an ABM comfort kit fitted and I only fit the Handguards between October and March , they are then removed for the rest of the year .

fender extender !
winter gloves!!!!!, i learnd the hard way as i couldent move my hands when riding in snow with race gloves "never again" good boots with good grip if its icy then you need to be able to grip the ground or you will be doing the splits in no time also i advise some of the plastic water proof clothes rst ones are good can fit leathers under them with knee sliders. |

And adding a huge lump of plastic to the knee that could also cause more damage if you crash , personally I don`t think Leathers make good winter riding gear in the slightest , and I`m talking about a proper journey over distance as well over many hours by the way .

Re: Help me spec a SV to a winter commuter
^^^ because i carnt be botherd to take them off and if its raining in the summer and i get caught out then they fit over my leathers so dont need to worry about taking them off
