Hitting a sweet golf shot - somtimes you hit one that would make a pro clap. Thing is I they can do it all the time and I can't!

Waking up in the night and feeling like you've had loads of sleep already, then looking at the clock and finding it's only 1am and you've still got another 6 hours sleep to go :)

Oh you're lucky. I'm very familiar with 2 - 5am. I usually wake up around 2ish, and then synapses start firing and that's it for 3 hours, no sleep.

My simple pleasure - washing my bike. Sounds lame but I rarely get time to do it.

Driving home from work on Friday eve knowing Phil will be home.

Spending time in our new garden when the sun is out, feeding the fish and listening to the birds, so peaceful.

And finally a warm bath with a nice glass of wine!

Spending time with my sister (just me and her without husbands or children) happened once in the past year!

Sitting in a beer garden with my feet in the river at a pub by our old house

Any time where I haven't got something else on my mind, be that work, money, stuff happening in the family etc.

Visiting Mum and Dad back home in Herefordshire. First decent ride on the Tiger. WOW, what a machine!
