all american rejects, hope it gives you hell.

had a messy breakup with my ex fiancee,
my life's not to bad now, but her life's gone down hill (drugs) reminds me of her every time i hear it

and makes me feel all warm inside :)

mean but i like it and understand where you are coming from! some of mine

frank turner has a lot:

from reasons not to be an idiot;

"You're not as messed up as you think you are - your self-absorption makes you messier"
"
She's not as pretty as she thinks she is - just picture her after she's had kids. I bet she sits at home and listens to The Smiths. Deep down she's just like everybody else."

there is just heaps of great lyrics in all his songs

"
I’ve had many different girls inside my bed, but only one or two inside my head" - substitute

last one or could go on a while from love ire & song:
"
A teacher of mine once told me that life was just a list of disappointments and defeats, and you could only do your best. And I said: well that's a ****ing cop out, you're just washed up and you're tired, and when I get to your age, well, I won't be such a coward."

So it Goes - The Verve

So it goes
You come in on your own in this life
You know you leave on your own
'Cause I don't need no cause
When my feelings fall
You showed me things I didn't want to see
I don't believe that love is free
Sure fine way to treat a man

Also this

Love will tear us apart - Joy Division

Why is the Bedroom so cold ?
Turned away on your side
Is my timing that flawed ?
Our respect run so dry ?
Yet there's still this appeal
That we've kept through our lives

Also this, that I've always loved the lyrics of since I first heard it.

One of these things first - Nick Drake

I could have been a sailor, could have been a cook
A real live lover, could have been a book.
I could have been a signpost, could have been a clock
As simple as a kettle, steady as a rock.
I could be
Here and now
I would be, I should be
But how?
I could have been
One of these things first
I could have been
One of these things first.

I could have been your pillar, could have been your door
I could have stayed beside you, could have stayed for more.
Could have been your statue, could have been your friend,
A whole long lifetime could have been the end.
I could be yours so true
I would be, I should be through and through
I could have been
One of these things first
I could have been
One of these things first.

I could have been a whistle, could have been a flute
A real live giver, could have been a boot.
I could have been a signpost, could have been a clock
As simple as a kettle, steady as a rock.
I could be even here
I would be, I should be so near
I could have been
One of these things first
I could have been
One of these things first.

I hand painted this in runic style letters on to the back of my very first bike jacket when I was a twenty something Black Metal fan.
Sadly, I lost the jacket when I lost my mind and I still miss it.

Carol's Dad gave me his old bike jacket before he died, I may paint the back of that too.

This song used to move me to tears quite regularly, I was such a Goth!

"Goes up like prices at Christmas"

Zodiac Mindwarp and the Love Reaction

I changed my name,
In search of fame,
To find the Midas touch

I wish Id never wanted then
But I want now twice as much.

Just good lyrics

Led Zeppelin
Good times bad times
"In the days of my youth, I was told what it means to be a man,
Now I've reached that age, I've tried to do all those things the best I can. "

Faith no more
The real thing
"Like the echoes of your childhood laughter, ever after
Like the first time love urged you to take it's guidance, in silence
Like your heartbeat when you realize you're dying, but you're trying
Like the way you cry for a happy ending, ending..."

Black Sabath
War Pigs
"Politicians hide themselves away
They only started the war
Why should they go out to fight?
The leave that role to the poor"

Bluetones
After Hours
"Lord only knows what kind of poison i'm drinking
I can't read the label"
