indicated 186 mph, with the speedo healer set at -9%, so its still way off as i think the offical top speed of the 750 is around 170 ish (if that) but not 100% sure. not on a uk road of course

on a Suzuki GSX1400

You got a naked bike to 177mph 2 up! Good skills.

106ps (kraut horsepower) and a dry mass of 226kg does not equal 177mph with one person on board, especially when you have the aerodynamics of a barn door. Two-up it's impossible, unless it has a Stan Stephens tuned speedo robbed off a 350LC

I know that. Was the sarcasm a little to subtle! I have ridden my mates G14 and getting that to 150 was hard enough, mainly holding on!!

They are no quicker than a Bandit 1200, only difference is the Bandit is easier to derestrict and push up to 120bhp for little cost.

They are geared for 176 or so.

6th gear is nicely overdriven cos of this.

Maybe the "M6" is a paddock stand?:)

I liked jenson buttons answer on top gear when asked about his veyron... he said 70 + 10% so 77mph.

My CBR speedo has seen 172mph with not a lot more to go, it's supposed to have a top speed of 155mph so the speedo is way out, although I was going downhill at the time lol

Been using sat-nag on the bike for the 1st time this year.

GSX1400, 150mph= 134 actual. 90mph= 80mph. The last one has knocked up my m/way cruising speed whereas before I would be starting to get paranoid.:)
