great bike, but could do with a bit more top end for trackdays etc, its frustarating overtaking someone on the brakes or midcorner to be overtakern again on the straight

does anyone else think that they are as powefull as you need to go on the road though? mine seems to get to court apperance speeds all to easily

originally got mine as another stepping stone to something bigger as i had an import 400 before that. couldnt afford the insurance on a ss600. now onto my 2nd sv had intended to keep the 1st and then get a bigger toy to play with when it was nice. but it died prematurely so thats been put on hold for now.

Overtaking people in the corners is what it's all about though :) if you could kepe up on the straights you'd not get to overtake so many people- this way there's always someone for you to make a monkey out of!

I reckon in the right package half as much power as the SV has is all you need for the road...

I would love a KTM SuperDuke but can't afford, or really justify it... Don't think Kirsteen would take to kindly to sitting on the back of it...

but to be honest I just want something that gives me better feed back on the front wheel, i find the SV kinda vague

just using it as experience to a bigger/better bike, looking at a TLR for the near future, but had a go of a mates RSV MILLE yesterday and im ever so tempted :D
