I'm shrinking, most definitely.

3 years ago I weighed 9 stone and had done since I was 21, then due to illness I rocketed to almost 12 1/2 stone within 8 months. My waist went from a 30" to a 36" and i put on bulk all over - I felt awful. I stayed that weight for about 2 years and bought a whole load of new clothes and almost got round to having my M2M leathers altered to take into account my belly. About 6 months ago I started losing weight, slowly and controlled, and I'm now a tidy, trim 11 stone which I'm trying to maintain.

My waist size is shrinking too, but I had put that down to my decrease in drinking since I left uni and losing 2 stone.
I haven't actually measured my waist.
