Heard a firestorm at Squires back in the summer. Think they were cheap cans which he had on and believe me that was the loudest thing i had heard although it wasnt such a rumble as a crack

I think it's loud, but then I am sat above it all the time, and I don't wear earplugs:D

Apparently, Stu's is loud too. Should hear that for ourselves tomorrow.:D

How far is that off of no zorst? No zorst SV650s is loudest ive heard... Liturally makes my ears hert! (also get big backfires) but i dare not take it out... Polic would be on me in seconds, theyd be able to hear me that far away

Loudest almost road legal was an RSV mille R with Blue flame... Could liturally hear it for miles! :D

We met Pete and Lissa at the Ponderosa boxing day, then took our dogs for a walk. We heard their SV fire up from at least a mile away. Then watched / listened to them head down the Horseshoe as far as the cattle grid. We could hear them, but no other traffic. It is LOUD!

My old Firestorm with alloy Scorpion race cans. In all honesty, that bike was quieter when running with just the downpipes and no cans - we tried it.

Late at night my ex-missus used to hear me leaving my mates house about 2 miles away across the open fields, and would put the kettle on just after. A cup of coffee would be waiting for me when I got home. It was a road trip of about 4 1/2 miles. She said she could judge exactly where I was by the gearchanges. She did ask me to put the originals back on, because I was waking our kids, even though I'd cut the engine at the end of the close 150 yards away.

The day we put them on, my mate and I wheeled the bike out of the garage past my van and parked it facing up the drive with the cans facing the other garage door about 15 feet away. I hit the start button and it fired up, blipped the throttle, the garage door rattled like mad and two hands dived for the key - mine and my mate's. He looked at me and shouted "Mate, they are too loud". Our mate Steve had a 916 with 54mm carbon Termignonis, and my VTR was much louder.

Old mans TL1000 had twin Art race cans. Seriously seriously loud. Not heard anything come close other than my friends Buell 900 with straight through can. Rumbles everything around it
