Ok...maybe deviate the route a bit though to do some twistys as the route is pretty straight!

Will be slow going through the new forest bit..don't fancy hitting any wild horses.

...and this is by no means me vollunteering to be leader! I'm just providing suggestions! ;)

yea, bit straight, but most of the roads around it look tiny.....

Right guys, I'm gonna stick my oar in.

Why head to the coast on Bank Holiday Monday when if the weather is good, and it appears you won't be going if it isn't, so the roads will be absolutely rammed and the resorts full of screaming kids dropping ice cream on your pride and joys? That's if you can find somewhere to park even.

Come up to the Midlands. Yep, the roads will still be busy but they are more open, tend to have less speed cameras on them, and there are usually more options to find B roads that are demanding and less busy.

End of tourist infomercial :)

Pete is right about going to the seaside on a bank holiday...what to do what to do.

Decision lies with the topic starter I reckon! :)

Just a couple of suggestions. Ignore them freely if you wish:)

Or Sammy Millers museum. There is a cafe outside, as I understand it, so no need to actually go inside if you don't want to.
