I think mine is quite loud. The guys at Fox's yesterday should be able to validate that as I rode off down the road.

I think a Raptor thou on anything other than stock cans is probably too loud for a lot of people :thumleft:

I have to confess that I only bought the thou as I liked the noise that Sid Squid's was putting out

When I worked in Knightsbridge, I used to park in a very posh underground car park most days, and used to set off all the car alarms on the Ferraris, Porsches, Rollers, etc. The attendant used to hate me :smt077

While we're on the subject of noise, you should ALWAYS wear earplugs. As little as 20 mins at 70mph with a standard helmet can permanently damage your hearing just from the windnoise alone. It's OK when you're young, but give it 10 years and you'll really know about it . . . EH

Bit late for me then... 30 years too late!
I work with the deaf, and tested my ears last year... mine are good for my age... so there goes your theory....

This is an old thread.

Loudest I heard (on the road) was a RSV '03 with baffle less Blue flame on. It was MAD to follow

Kinda why I have a similar setup now. :rabbit:

Heard some loud SP 1/2's and TLs/r's and obviously hogs with streight through's.

Loudest ive heard is mine without any silencers... by 4000rpm it made my ears make a neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer tone (sign of loss of hearing of a frequency :-?) so I turned it off. Made the SV with no zorst sound like a wisper.
