Re: No more Moto GP on Eurosport
The beauty of Eurosports coverage is Julian, Toby, and Randy are friends with the people in the pits and spend time with them off track.
When MotoGP clashes with F1, who will come out on top on the BBC? I think we all know the answer to that! |
Re: No more Moto GP on Eurosport
As mentioned if BBC use the interactive for qualifying then there is no reason for any clash. They could even put the race on if they wanted then F1 could clash and we could make the choice ourselves.

Re: No more Moto GP on Eurosport
You can record from interactive on a Digi Box, but not Sky. On digital, the channels are 301, 302 etc.
But I remembered the other day another reason why I'm gutted it's going to beeb- the one thing I look forward to in the off Season- The Off Season Test. The Beemer Comp. It's always on Eurosport. Do we think it will be on Beeb? :smt097 |
Re: No more Moto GP on Eurosport

Re: No more Moto GP on Eurosport
MotoGP is staying on BBC2? F1 on BBC1 so no chance of one giving way for the other surely?

Re: No more Moto GP on Eurosport
The actual races never clash.
Build up is a different matter. I'm not overly concerned, but I would like to see the BBC with a sports channel or two, so that they can provide the coverage of the entire weekends which obviously they have paid such a lot of money for. That's what we license fee payers want right? That's what they recognised and what prompted them to buy the exclusive rights right? They said to themselves "We can do that better", right? errrrrm, doubtful Oh, and Moody/Ryder/Mamola too. And "The Chain" for the F1. Trouble is they're such a bunch of self-important jobsworths that it will never happen. They only care that they're being paid to broadcast it, not that they should broadcast what viewers want them to broadcast. |
Re: No more Moto GP on Eurosport
I've heard rumours that Holly Hot lips may be the BBC F1 lady on the ground...
