No need to worry guy's I've been ok now for quite a while. Was ill for 3 weeks with it and had a bad day a week or two after I'd got rid of it. Other than that I'm as fit as a fiddle (apart from recovering from last nights frivolities!) and have been out on the bike a few times!

Cheers for everyones concern though!
