Its not bad, there are a few issues with some of them. About 95% align up perfectly, 3% need to have the holes widened out to push the hugger a little further forward and the other 2% tend to have other issues. Which some can not resolve themselves

Try fitting it, if there are issues you feel you are unable to deal with speak to Pyramid.

My hugger was leaving a large gap on the right and nearly flush on the left. I've been sticking a block of wood in between pillion foot peg and hugger for a few weeks and it got a bit better. It's better but not completely even but I'm leaving it you hardly see it.

Try heating it gently with a hot air paint stripper gun on low setting after shoving your wooden wedges in if it's a plastic hugger. If it's fibreglass then there's not a lot you can do except maybe make some spacers to move it across.

Take the wedge out only after it's cooled down

I just fitted the pyramid hugger got it to fit eventually by drilling out the holes and mucking about with the carp bracket Lozzo was on about . Wish I had bought the OEM one though it looks better and by all accounts fits better as well .
Fitted a tail tidy as well and I havent even been near the adjusters on the suspenders never mind changing them .:smt040 Buts thats because the bikes is still more capable going round corners than I am :riding:

Remember if you've bought it from an online shop the distance selling regulations are heavily in the buyers favour if it doesn't fit as it's designed to.

I was more than happy for mine for the 2 years I hd it on the bike. It was taken off and sold to someone on here when I px'd the SV in January, and they do come with a lifetime guarantee.
