what i cant understand, if that that were true, WHY the tattooist would do that. i mean, what would he gain from tattooing an extra 53 stars on her face, its not like she wouldnt notice!!! he couldnt really charge her extra if he was getting carried away while she was asleep, and even the stupidest person could see the knock on effect the bad publicity would get when she woke up screaming

and also, how deep a sleep was she in, all those stars are perfect, she cant have moved at all in her "sleep" or turned over, or snored, or breathed heavily. if someone pokes you in your sleep, you tend to move, or make a noise or brush them away, but somehow she must have kept completely still in her sleep while a needle was being put in half her face?!

Did anyone notice how "happy" see looks in the tattooists portfolio:

Not the look of someone who has just discovered they've had 53 unwanted facial tattoos!

It's been said already. She wanted it, parents didn't and now she's covering her a**!

Lies!!

How do you fall asleep with someone sticking pin in your face quite rapidly, and i thought you had to pay first anyway so im sure didnt not think that 3 stars cost the same as 53

IMO

It actually depends on the artist, I know a few that dont do positioning and, freehand without the transfers, or line drawings first.

That said Iīm not saying that this was the case here, it just seems odd that it hasnīt been brought up by the artist in question as part of his defense.

Good point, I should imagine though that they were charged at a minimum price set by the studio. I cant imagine there would actually be a price difference between 3 stars and 53... but that varies from studio to studio.

You don't pay for the tattoos as such - Flash work (i.e. the designs you see posted on the walls of the shop) usually has a fixed price. For custom work it's whatever the tattooist's hourly rate is.

Sorry for derail.

Stupid might be a bit harsh....

Might not have the same consequence, but I know what Sally is saying......someone does something, regrets it the next day and fabricates a story so as not feel ashamed, stupid or get in trouble.
