technically you can ring 999 about this crime as lives are potentially in danger (no lids or lights riding in the dark antisocially) however, common sense says don't! 101 0r 2202020 would be the numbers to ring.

Boys will be boys, we climb trees, ride pushbikes on the wrong side of the road, chuck eggs at busses, play knock-a-door-run, go hedge hopping. And these lot are younger then me so they must be doing loads more stuff on top of that as well! :D

Back to seriousness, report it. I recon you'd been gutted if something serious happened and you'd decided not to.

In fat, our longest "street run" trip went from Dartford to Gravesend, through housing estates and such, which ended up being about 6 miles.

I know the type of kids grace is taking about..... i have them all over my area ....
There more than likey going to be on pit bike/ thumpers which are quite nippy

Any they drive around in groups with no regard to other people on the road they stop in the middle of the road as if they own it. they over take drive on pavments where people are walking though public parks wrecking the grass and flowers n stuff .... i even seen one drive though an indoor shopping centre in salford !!

its a little diffrent from your case Daimo.

i have a mini moto a yellow one the same as in your pic but i wouldnt ride it down the street whats the point its not worth the risk of losing your licence.
No tax insurance and what ever else they do you for.
