Hi Avenger, must be horrible to feel that way as you`re both obviously a relatively young couple so should be enjoying an active social life.

All I can say is to echo what others have said and to take advantage of some of the regular bike meets and bring your wife along. The Summer is coming along and there`ll be lots going on, Border Patrol meets wouldn`t be too far for you both and there`s never a lot of drinking anyway (unless I`m there!)

I`m sure that very soon you`ll have a huge list of regulars to meet up with and enjoy some fun times. Best of luck

I have more mates ont org than I do here at home:D and they all live miles away from me...apart from the YCs.

My best mate lives in the south of France and I might see her once every couple of years, when I visit. TBH I quite like being an antisocial git at home, but then I work every weekend so I don't go clubbing(which is carp anyway) and everyone else is working when I'm off during the week.


Besides I reckon I have more fun with this daft lot when I am off on a weekend, than I would going out on a Saturday night, its like a freakshow here!

Hi Avenger. This may have been mentioned, 'I HAVE SKIPPED LOTS O PAGES' Rivington (rivi) has 2 barns. Head to the top barn on any Sunday and you will find lots of bikers meet there. And for something completley different, try making a list of things you would like to do and ask your wife to do the same, then see if you agree on any subject .Perhaps you will both find a new and exiting hobby to do together, maybe with others having the same interest. Hope this helps.:)

I do head to rivington on a sunday if the weather isnt freezing, but once the tuesday meets start up again i will also be doing those, i do like the list idea i shall sit her down tonight and see if there is something we can agree on.

On the positive side, its our 3rd wedding anniversery coming up and we hadnt planned to do anything, however ive been more spured on by the people on here, so we have booked a lovely country b&b near yorkshire for a nice weekend away :)
