I've been 163 or so i was told, on the back of a ZX9 does that count.

Ive had 130 on the clock but then clocks can be wrong. It had a little more to give but not much.

Sorry fella. I think what it means is a bike with average drag weight etc requires 33bhp to push it along at 100mph.
