A certain red and black TL1000 with nice loud Yoshi pipes and lots of bling at the junction of Borough High Street and Great Dover Street at 10.02 today.

Bear I always thought you were a good guy but now...well:confused:

If you was gonna buy a kwack you should have at least got the faster 10R.

As the TL is soooo slow for you, next time I find myself at your side, while on a big straight and clear road - in 2nd gear we will conduct a scientific test. Lest say that you will be suprised:cool:

Your point being? Let me guess...you think I am a squid I suppose... due to my very serious post above. If I was a squid I could think of many other bikes I could be riding other than a 10 year old...(oooops it's 08 now so that would make it 11) 43000mile TL, along with riding without kit and racing everybody on the road.

I would also have an unfounded adoration and aspiration Toward anything that is the latest 600 or 1000cc offering from Japan!!! After all, 07 reg is just sooo yesterday and old.....me!!

I would also think that my skills dictate that I need Pilot Power 2CT's for road riding; of which mainly consist of me commuting to work, as those 2CT's that I soo (obviously) need offer GREAT FEEDBACK and POISE when I am doing 25mph through London traffic (while it is minus 2 degrees) but of course despite me soo ''needing'' these tyres, my friends whom have been ''Ruf Riders'' for not so long ALL ride their ''Gixxers'' , ''Blades'' and ''Ninja's'' to the absolute limits or should I say ''HARD'', while amazingly still retaining those chicken strips. (so 2ct's and alike must be great) My Mandems all told me that I need those tyres too, so I must be right with my notion of the latest bike adorned with the stickiest tyres makes me faster then everyone else!!

Anyone interested in swapping a TL tractor for a GSXR..I'll even chuck in my freshly ground down knee sliders that I bought second hand off of ebay?

Please...I soo wanna be fast but my TL tractor thingy is holding me back:)

By the way, I have been trying to join Visordown for an age so I can race people in straight lines becuase that is real motorbiking but they won't let me join because 1: my bike is 11 years too old and 2: It is about 60bhp shy of what a Ruff Rider like me really needs as well as being 2 cyclinders short too!!

I must be honest with you tho, I do have an aspirtion to own someday one of the latest thousands from Japan...and that being a ZX10R (in Ruff Rider black of course ;) ) hence my ZX9R vs ZX10R comment, tho I do understand that most, including myself would be faster on a 9R as that particular bike is arguably more suited to road riding then a 10R.

Right gotta shoot, I am off out for a big rideout with my Boydem, we may venture (if we have the courage) beyond the realms that is the M25. I kinda feel like those people in the olden days that thought the world was flat, but my take on it as a ''True Rider'' of 08, is that all the roads we have are straight. Do curved roads actually exists out there or are you just preaching whichcraft!! Please be warned and choose your words carefully, I will have you stoned to death if you are lying to me about there REALLY being roads that do not only tack stiiaght! ;)

But surley Gixxers are for girls right?

Ryan old buddy, I love your bike and my opinion is the only one that matters of course. So ignore all this lot with too many cylinders who know not what they say.
The Lord will forgive them one day for their blasphemy

Hey man, if they made a zx10r in Xtra large I'd have got one, but sadly I'm not built for one...

As for your bike: life'd be pretty crap if we all agreed about everything, wouldn't it? I didn't like it coming straight from my zx9, but if I'd been coming from an SV who knows? You do definitely need to adjust your gearshift tho!

Yes the TL is kinda like a tractor and if you have just come from a smooth 4 then a TL can feel weird.
